Our kitchen is a place where nature takes center stage. We work closely with local farmers and suppliers to ensure our ingredients are as fresh as possible. This allows us to create seasonal dishes that are not only delicious but also reflect the richness and diversity of nature.

We take pride in the fact that organic is second nature to us. We go beyond a simple organic certification—in 2021, we became a Bioland partner. The requirements for Bioland partners and producers are significantly higher. It’s not just about pesticide and fertilizer regulations or the ban on genetic engineering, but a deeper commitment to sustainability and quality.

The Bioland guidelines are based on seven core principles:
